Podium19 in Middelburg is looking for a second enthusiastic Hospitality and Leisure Floor Manager.

He or she, along with another Floor Manager, is in operational charge of Podium19’s hospitality and operations and reports to the business manager.

Where will you be working?

Podium19 is an entertainment center and aims to be the most fun outing in Zeeland. Under one roof you will find the following activities: GlowGolf, Prison Island, HyperBowling and soon some new indoor activities will be added, of course supported by cozy Horeca. We also see opportunities to further develop the business market, among other things we will invest in meeting facilities, the kitchen and the menu with the aim of offering guests a pleasant (and longer) stay.

Main tasks

Building a quality strong team, where the PLAY is key and there is a good staffing on the floor to ensure guests have a great time at Podium19: Together, Fun, Energy, Like (we love that guests 'like' us and return)
You motivate and coach employees on sales and hospitality
You take care of keeping the attractions in perfect condition
You ensure a clean and hygienic working environment according to HACCP guidelines
