As part of our team, you will ensure that both administrative and operational processes run smoothly, so that every guest goes home with a smile.
Your role
In this combination position you will be responsible for the ins and outs of the floor combined with administrative work. You will have the opportunity to use your talents in different areas and make a crucial contribution to the success of Podium19. The split working on the floor and administrative is approximately 80/20.
Main tasks
- Managing the front desk
- Planning and directing front desk staff
- Preparation and processing of invoices
- Assist with other administrative clerical work

- Administrative Accuracy: You have an eye for detail and work in a structured manner.
- Leadership Skills: You know how to lead and motivate a team.
- Multitasking: You switch effortlessly between administrative and operational tasks.
- Customer focus: You make our guests feel welcome and have a great time and work closely with the other team members.
- Proactive and flexible: You are not afraid to take initiative and like to think in solutions.
- Good communication skills:Both orally and in writing you know how to express yourself well, also in English. German is a plus.
- Commercial attitude: you see opportunities to surprise customers and optimize our service.
- A completed secondary vocational education (MBO) degree
- Flexibility in working hours, including availability on weekends and vacations.
