  • Homemade potato salad of Zeeland bantam potatoes
  • Carpaccio of Zeeland beef loin with balsamic dressing pine nuts and old cheese from Schellach
  • Tapas board with various cold cuts such as; Farmers cream pate, Zeeland ham, Zeeland bacon, green peppers, caramelized Zeeland onions and various chutneys
  • Platter of various smoked fish such as; 2 kinds of smoked mackerel, smoked trout, pickled Zeeland mussels, pickled anchovies and smoked halibut
